What is your cancellation policy?

Our policy requires guests to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a penalty. Guests who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged 100% of the full-service price booked.

Can I reserve the spa for a group booking?

Yes, we accept groups of 7 guests or more. Reservations must be placed two weeks in advance and there is a group reservation fee of $100, with one card on file to hold the reservation. This fee will go towards reserving the entire spa for the agreed duration. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. We will coordinate with you to confirm the services prior to appointment.

Can I purchase a gift card for Bora Bora?

What is the spa etiquette?

To ensure our customers can fully relax during their manicures and pedicures, we ask that you use quiet voices inside our nail spa and silence your cell phones.

What if something happens to my nails after the appointment?

While we do not offer refunds for any services, we are more than happy to book a complimentary appointment to accommodate any concerns you may have for only the affected nails. Our complimentary appointment can be booked within 3 days for regular polishes and 5 days for gel polishes and Dazzle Dry following the initial appointment time.

What happens if I’m late to my appointment?

For all appointments, early and on-time arrival is appreciated. Late arrival of more than 10 minutes will still be responsible for the full service fee and service may be shortened due to the restricted time.

Do all spa treatments include nail polish?

Yes, all our spa treatments on the menu include our regular nail polish. For Dazzle Dry, Gel (shellac), or Gel-X applications, there are additional charges.

What is the credit card deposit?

Our spa requires a credit card to secure all appointments over the phone and through our online booking system. To keep your new manicure safe, we have the option to charge the card on file for your service. Please note that your credit card will be pre-authorized and will be charged for late cancellations and no-shows.

Do you offer acrylics and dipping powders?

To maintain our clean spa environment, we do not offer acrylics, dipping powders, or any removal services that require the drill bits.

What is the eco-paraffin option?

Our eco-paraffin spa treatment uses a plant-based, all-natural, and sustainably-farmed alternative to regular paraffin wax. Most salons use paraffin wax which is an oil often derived from petroleum. While this wax helps to soften skin, our eco-paraffin alternative treats dry skin issues, offering longer-lasting results.
